Q: Do I need to sign a contract before I can set up an account?

Answer:

No. There are no contracts to sign; however, you must accept certain Terms and Conditions as outlined when signing up for a new account. Please check our Legal Center to view these documents.

Q: My keywords are still pending. How long does the review process take?

Answer:

All keyword additions are entered into a queue to be reviewed by either Customer Service or your Account Manager. The review process should be complete within 1 business day. If your keywords have been pending longer than this, please contact Customer Service or your Account Manager.

Q: What is MIVA’s minimum keyword bid?

Answer:

Five cents. You can buy traffic for less than five cents, but not on a specific keyword basis.

Q: Will AdAnalyzer increase the load time for my pages?

Answer:

The tracking code for AdAnalyzer is small and should not create any significant changes in the load time of your pages.

Q: Is there a monthly charge?

Answer:

No. Accounts do not incur a monthly charge.

Q: What does it cost to open an advertiser account?

Answer:

There are no fees to set up an advertiser account. To activate your account and take advantage of the robust account management system, you do need to deposit a minimum of $25 (USD) into your account. This first $25 is non-refundable; however, 100% of it is used toward your clickthroughs. Any unused balance after the initial $25 is refundable at any time for any reason.
